Course Enrolment Closes 16th February
Subjects: GCSE Maths and GCSE Science
Our online tuition courses run during term time from February to May, with live evening sessions designed to support students consistently throughout the academic year.
Delivered by expert specialist tutors with a strong track record of high grades and confident, successful students, our online courses provide the same structure, accountability and outcomes as our in-person programmes, without geographical limits.
Grade-targeted learning groups
Students are placed into groups based on the grade they are aiming to achieve, allowing teaching to be precisely pitched and highly focused.
By grouping students with similar grade goals, we are able to:
-
Accelerate progress
-
Target exam technique more effectively
-
Focus learning on securing specific grade outcomes
-
Avoid time being spent on material that isn’t relevant to the student’s target
This approach ensures students are challenged appropriately and supported to make meaningful, measurable progress towards their exam goals.
How Our Online Courses Work
Our online tuition follows a flipped learning model, designed to maximise progress by using live lesson time where it has the greatest impact.
Step 1: Pre-recorded learning
Each week, students receive a pre-recorded lesson from their tutor. These lessons focus on the core content and exam technique needed for that topic, allowing students to work through material at their own pace.
Step 2: Independent application
Students complete set questions and tasks based on the lesson and upload their work to the tutor ahead of the live session. This ensures learning is applied, not just watched.
Step 3: Tutor marking and review
Tutors mark and review student work in advance of the live lesson, identifying patterns, misconceptions and individual barriers to progress.
Step 4: Live feedback and refinement
The live lesson is then fully dedicated to feedback, exam technique and targeted support. Rather than reteaching content, tutors focus on:
-
Refining answers
-
Improving exam access and structure
-
Addressing individual misunderstandings
-
Building confidence and precision under exam conditions
This model allows tutors to home in on exactly what each student needs, accelerating progress and ensuring every live session delivers measurable value.
